Port-A-Cool, LLC is located in Center, Texas USA. Center is a rural community of 6000 people in East Texas. Port-A-Cool® and KÜÜL® evaporative cooling products have been manufactured in Center since 1992. Center is located 2.5 hours North of Houston, 3.5 hours Southeast of Dallas, and one hour Southwest of Shreveport, LA. Port-A-Cool, LLC has sister facilities, manufacturing facilities and warehouses in Mexico City, Mexico, Monterrey, Mexico, Phoenix, Arizona, and Zhongshan, China.

For almost 20-years, Port-A-Cool, LLC has been the industry leader in the design and manufacturing of portable evaporative cooling units and evaporative cooling media. We specialize in evaporative cooling: HVAC and Agriculture products, industrial and commercial products along with personal and residential products.

The first Port-A-Cool® unit was built in 1992 from the idea of making poultry house cooling systems portable. The success of Port-A-Cool units has taken them into professional athletic facilities, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, military facilities, and homes around the world. Due in part to the large, in-house rotational molding department and the only USA manufactured evaporative cooling pad production, Port-A-Cool® products have become known for quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Prior to 1992, evaporative coolers were primarily sold in the dry/arid regions of the US as fixed indoor systems. Port-A-Cool, LLC pioneered the use of evaporative coolers for portable outdoor use.

Port-A-Cool units have been successfully used throughout the US including high-humidity areas such as Texas and Florida: sports stadiums, automotive/aviation garages, manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

In 2008, Port-A-Cool, LLC developed portable products to be used in residential environments: both indoor and outdoor.
